IR TV Review: THE BAD BATCH - EPISODE 5 (“Rampage”) [Disney+]

The aspect of an eye for an eye is a tricky construct. But as "Solo: A Star Wars Story" proved, there are angles all characters must approach to move towards their final goal. When The Bad Batch is no longer an elite Clone Trooper guard, they, by default, can become a team-for-hire in many cases. The question becomes walking the line of focus and loyalty to their values depending what their end goal is. Right now, after the infinitely great chase and dark undertones of the previous episode, Episode 5 entitled "Rampage" has a slightly lighter approach while still keying in Omega as almost the "Wesley" (pardon the parlance) of the bunch. Whether this approach has to do with her lineage or simply The Bad Batch team's straightforward approach is unknown. The team have to start seeing outside the box and yet alot of actions they take are done at face value when subtlety is a much more sound rule of thumb. The cornerstone structure of this episode also has an interesting connotation to the original trilogy without hitting the audience too much over the head. And yet it is still another building block as to the importance of who or what Omega is. B
