IR TV Review: WANDAVISION - EPISODE 3 [Disney+]

The inevitability of “WandaVision” in many ways revolves in the revelation of the "ideal". The ideal of what could have been. The idea of what once was. The construct here is a mishmash of different ideals but one which Wanda is undeniably but also quite chaotically in control of. The only aspects that can be revealed of this episode (No. 3) is that it moves into the 70s with the reflection of all that style and the structure that TV allowed at that time. But unlike the first two episodes that were much more innocent and less fore-telliing, the beauty of Marvel storytelling starts to seep in...an aspect of assumption...the notion of dread to destroy happiness. But it might also be a self-correction as was seen in a specific way at the end of the last episode (No. 2). Even the commercial speaks to keeping everything clean. But the parallels of details are slowing coming forth. And in balancing the two ying and yangs of Wanda's almost would-be desires, the path to resolution looks both fleeting and cinematic. A
