IR TV Review: THE BAD BATCH - EPISODE 15 (“Return To Kamino”) [Disney+]

"The Bad Batch" seems to be building up to something and one always looks for how certain plot holes (or at least unexplained plot elements) from the earlier films are explained. Like "Rogue One" did, Episode 15: "Retun To Kamino" does exactly that. Bigger in scale and more riveting in certain ways than other episodes simply because we are more familiar with this facility and the importance it had during The Clone Wars, the episode delivers. The team heads back to try to get Hunter who has been taken captive by Crosshair. Unlike most other episodes, this attacks the relationships and consequencces head on which is finally great to see. Omega unfortunately comes off slightly more whiny which they need to dial back since she is repeating the same lines. The aspect of strategy needs to balance her. It does help but we do get a certain ode back to how she has created and the wording she uses is undeniably interesting. To give away any more of the episode would spoil it but suffice to say this episode (in a larger way than the ones involving Hera) is one of the best so far of the series becauuse it finds the balance between the massive scale of the prequel films and what this series aims to be.
